1. 100% Free Trial Period
Every student is eligible for three (3) free trial classes before any payment is made. No credit card information is required to start. If you choose not to proceed after your trial, you owe nothing.
2. First Week Money-Back Guarantee
If you enroll in any paid monthly plan and are dissatisfied with the assigned teacher, teaching pace, or quality of instruction within the first seven (7) calendar days of your paid billing cycle:
- You may request an immediate replacement teacher at no additional charge, OR
- You may request a 100% full refund of your monthly tuition.
3. Makeup Classes Policy
We understand that children fall ill and family schedules change. If a student must miss a scheduled lesson:
- Please notify your coordinator or tutor at least four (4) hours before class time via WhatsApp.
- We will schedule a complimentary makeup class within the same calendar month or add it as a credit toward the following month.
- Missed classes caused by teacher absence or technical issues on our end are guaranteed to be made up or credited.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You are never locked into long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel your monthly enrollment at any time by giving seven (7) days notice before your next monthly renewal date.
5. How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund or raise a billing concern, email our administrative desk at info@alkosaronlinequranacademy.com or contact your WhatsApp coordinator. Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
