By accessing this website and enrolling in online Quran courses provided by Alkosar Online Quran Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Classroom Etiquette & Code of Conduct
As an institution dedicated to the sacred teachings of the Holy Quran and the Ahlulbayt (A.S), we expect all students and faculty to uphold Islamic manners (Akhlaq):
- Students are expected to arrive punctually at their scheduled lesson time.
- Appropriate, modest dress is required during video sessions.
- Parents of young children (under age 7) are encouraged to sit nearby to assist with focus and technical connectivity.
- Any abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of classes without a refund.
3. Tuition Fees & Billing Cycle
Tuition is billed on a monthly basis in advance of classes. Tuition guarantees the reservation of your designated teacher and timeslot. Failure to settle monthly invoices within 5 days of issuance may result in the temporary suspension of classes or reallocation of the timeslot.
4. Intellectual Property
All course syllabi, custom worksheets, notes, and website media provided by Alkosar Online Quran Academy are the intellectual property of the academy and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without express written consent.
5. Changes to Terms
Alkosar Online Quran Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Active families will be informed of any significant policy revisions via email or official WhatsApp announcements.
